Feeling down or overwhelmed with your weight/ fat loss journey, this short article will be perfect for you.




Let positivity be your superpower in a world where there is so much negativity and hostility going on. I see it way too often people allow their environment and circumstances ruin their day, week or even month.⁠


Bad things always seem to happen, how you chose to deal with them is up to you, however. Your car breaks down, you get a cold or the barista in Starbucks gets your drink wrong!


None of the above are ideal and you can't control them but you can control your outlook on these petty situations. ⁠


Next time something or someone tries to sap your energy and ruin your day I encourage you to get creative with your outlook and look for the positive. For example, your car broke down maybe that's a chance for you to walk to work or share a car with a friend you either get a bit of time to yourself or extra catch up with an old friend I can't see anything bad in either. ⁠


⁠A perfect example of this too... I want you to think of two people in your life right now one that you find annoying to be around and one that you get along with very very well.... what is their outlook on life? Who stays positive throughout everything life throws at them and who comments and moans at every passing moment. ⁠⁠


Positivity is very attractive. Don't be led to believe otherwise, Don't let yourself slip down that path and turn to that guy!⁠


So what can you do with all this information you've just read? Practice it, daily! Don't be so quick to react to situations take a little longer to find the positive light in every circumstance because it's always there, and sometimes you just need to take a deeper look to find it. ⁠


⁠I guarantee you one thing if you do this daily you will feel more; fulfilled, grateful and peaceful in your day to day life.
